Week 2: Recognition
Meeting Your Nervous System States
You'll start recognising the difference between activation (fight/flight) and shutdown (freeze/fawn). Learning to see the patterns - what pushes you into each state, and what your early warning signs are.

When does the program start?
The first email and meditation will be delivered Sunday, December 7th. You'll receive a new email every Sunday for 5 weeks (Dec 7, 14, 21, 28, and Jan 4).
How long do I have access?
Forever. The emails will always be yours, and the meditations will be available to return to anytime.
What if I miss a week?
That's okay! The emails and meditations will be there waiting for you. You can catch up or just jump back in the following week. This isn't about perfection.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. No prior experience with nervous system work or meditation needed. Everything is explained clearly and accessibly.
Can I do this if I have trauma?
These practices are gentle and trauma-informed. However, if you're working with complex trauma, I always recommend doing this alongside support from a therapist or trauma-informed practitioner.
What if I can't commit to daily practice?
Do what you can. Even 5 minutes is better than nothing. This is about progress, not perfection.
(But also remember if you have time to scroll or watch Netflix, you do have time for this)
Will I be doing this alone?
